Road Planing and Recycling

W N Surfacing offer different size planing machines to suit the specialist requirements of their clients. Ranging from Wirtgen 350mm Drum Planing Machines to 500mm and 1M drum Machines for bigger areas. All machines are supplied with a driver and regularly serviced to ensure reliability. Multiple Tippers and Sweepers can also be provided if it is necessary to complete the scope of works in a specific time frame. These services are offered throughout the East of England, East Midlands and London Regions.

Recycling Carcinogenic Materials

Old asphalt can be carcinogenic as it contains a vast quantity of tar, and therefore, it must be dealt with as a hazardous material. All road Planings and unused road materials are recycled through a crushing and screening machine and remixing of waste tar material to recreate a renewed surfacing solution and base layer materials such as Type 1 (Concrete), Type 4 (Crushed Asphalt Planings). Recycling such materials has the least environmental impact, leaving the least damaging footprint.
